GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by two joint design teams according to the requirements of industry authorities, power users and design units, which conforms to the national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can meet the needs of the development of the power market and can compete with the existing imported products. The device has been widely used by power users at present.

The heat capacity of the adapter is improved, and the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head and spacer plate is greatly reduced.
The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the work of other units is not affected by the failure of one unit, so that the failure is limited to a small range.
The flat arrangement of busbars makes the device have good dynamic and thermal stability and can withstand the impact of 80/176kA short-circuit current.
The number of circuits for a single cabinet of MCC cabinet is as many as 22, considering the needs of automatic electric door (machine) groups in industries such as large single-machine capacity power generation and petrochemical systems.
The connection of the device to the external cable is completed in the compartment with cable, and the cable can be accessed up and down. The zero-sequence current transformer is placed in the cable compartment to facilitate installation and maintenance.
In the same power distribution system, the short-circuit current can be limited by the current limiting reactor matching, the bus voltage can be stabilized at a certain value, and the requirement for short-circuit strength of components can be partially reduced.
The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary inserts (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit). It can meet the requirements of computer interface and automatic control circuit for the number of contacts.
